Hi everyone! I'm Vernoth, a self-taught digital artist, amature comic artist and occasional animator!I usually draw characters created by me but I love to draw fanart for several other medias as well.I also have a youtube channel where I like to upload

☽ Important! ☾Prices below the terms of service are for estimation purposes only,
the final cost depends on the overall complexity of the requested artwork!|☽ Acceptance ☾
Client must be 18+ and legally able to commit to an agreement
or has a legal guardian to make this agreement on their behalf.|☽ Ownership of artwork ☾_I have the right to refuse a request if I'm not comfortable with it or
unable to do certain expectations you're asking for.I own the all rights for the artwork.
I'm allowed to post finished commissions on my social media unless asked otherwise.If you don't want your commission showcased tell me beforehand.I'm allowed to include the requested commission in my portfolio.|☽ Usage of commissioned artwork ☾The artwork is for personal use only, unless otherwise agreed.
Commercial usage requires a separate agreement and additional fees.You're allowed to repost, share the commissioned artwork with proper credit is given.ALL artworks are prohibited from training AI engines or be used as NFTs.|☽ Commission progress ☾Provide proper references and descriptions if neccessary.I'll send you progress images throught the commission process
for approval, if they're approved I'll continue to finish the piece.A commission usually takes within 7 days or 7 months depending on how much
work I have on my hands and on complexity, but I always try to finish them as soon as possible.If for some reason I'll need more time to finish the commission I'll inform you about it!Revisions of the artwork are allowed without fees.No revisions after the artwork has already been finished!
I'll send the high resolution artwork after full payment!|☽ Fees, Payments and Refunds ☾I ask for the payment after you've approved the sketch, unless asked otherwise!If you wish to pay upfront, please let me know beforehand so I can send an invoice!Payments will always happen through an invoice sent by me!The high resolution artwork will be sent by an email.I do not accept payment plans!I do not provide refunds after a commission is fully completed.If a commission gets cancelled the refunded amount
will depend on the finished stage of the artwork.Rush fee is 50% of the overall commissioned artwork!If you have an unfinished payment, you're not allowed to
take another commission until the first one is paid fully.I accept payments through Paypal or Kofi!
